Can i cancel a CCNA voucher for 70 percent and get a 50 discount and write the exam at a later time?

I have already taken up the voucher offering a 70 percentage discount,but it has a time restriction of three months.I’m not prepared to take up the exam.Is there a way by which i can cancel this voucher and get a 50 percentage voucher?
