What is the current employee discount for Abercrombie employees?

I get mixed answers, some people say 30% some people say 40%? And what is this about getting a discount on giftcards? That’s crazy, couldn’t you just buy discounted giftcards and then sell them for their face value? (Illegal, sure, but easy to get away with – I bet.) That can’t be true, right?
