Let the price of food be 100x
19% discount , so you paid 81x
19x = 97
81x = ?
81x/19x X 97 = 413.53 $ ANSWER
CHECK YOUR ANSWER
You paid 413.53 $
Discount = 97 $
Original price = 510.53 $
19/100 X 510.53 = 97 $

Total * 0.19 = 97$ then Total = 97/0.19 = 510.53$
