How much does Hollister pay and how much is the employee discount?

I applied for a job there and I have an interview soon. I was just wondering for anyone who has experience working there or just knows: how much do they pay? Is it minimum wage? And how much is the employee discount as I’ll be going off to college at the end of August and I love their clothes so this will help a lot!
