How do you find/get Smartpak coupon/promo codes?

I’ve tried google but no luck.

Are they only available via e-mail? Is there a newsletter?

I used to get there e-mails and I never remember a coupon or promo code being sent. They would send e-mails telling about a big sale at there store with a coupon to use there but nothing for online. I even get the catalog and I have never had one in there either. So I do not know how they give them out or if they do.
