Go to the coupon and do a "print" command, as though you were going to print it out for yourself. When your print dialog box comes up, look for a "save as .pdf" option in the pull-down menu. Save as a .pdf, and send her that as an attachment.

You might have to print out the coupon and scan it then send it via e-mail
