Do you think KFC is dishonest for the way they are handling their coupon woes?
The fact that you have to go to the store to get a rain check instead of downloading one online? To me its seems they are trying to inconvenience people so they can get out of honoring their coupon.

Just maybe if they and their big fat momma would have coordinated they could have gotten they story straight. But then again when you are being promoted by the biggest lard yo-yo on TV you should know that you’re going to run into problems.
First Oprah Shouldn’t have ‘taste tested’ the chicken at all the KFC’s and second Tyson and KFC should have gotten their Illegal immigrant worked humping it to get the brooders emptied on time….
Press ’1′ to continue in English….

They got a lot of publicity over this but it will come back and bite them if it was just a publicity stunt and they have not intention of honoring all of those coupons people printed out. They had a sign yesterday on there drive-through that due to overwhelming response they couldn’t honor the coupon, but to walk inside and you would be given a "reimbursement" coupon….seems like they want hungry people to walk inside, stand in a line and smell the chicken and go ahead and buy something while they are there, and no telling what the reimbursement coupon is for. There’s a Church’s chicken being built within a mile, and I think disgruntled people may go there and eat from now on. Once Little Caesar’s was running a $3 one item cheese pizza special for one evening only, I went and got one, had to wait. It mostly had tomato sauce, a little cheese and little meat. I got heartburn from the overloaded tomato sauce and never have been back, that was 5 years ago.

If something is advertised, it should be available!! It’s not fair to say you get get a free coupon online and then say "No", you must come into the store!! this is false advertising!!

Yes, the response was overwhelming and they can not deal with it. They did not anticipate such a storm. Dishonest is not the right word, but maybe Unfair is.

It makes little difference to me because I know that KFC advertised that their chicken is prepared without hydrogenated oil , but they don’t mention that every thing else on their menu is and I don’t need that crap in my diet, Any Chinese take-out prepares a healthier menu including fried chicken that would make The Colonel drool.
